Happy Easter!

Just stopping by today to wish you a happy Easter. Here are a few highlights of our celebration.



 On Easter Saturday we prepared the table and then went for a family walk before the easter service.

 A portion of the food is traditionally brought to church to be blessed, this usually includes eggs, sausages, bread, and horseradish.

In Corinthia, we bought a regional specialty easter bread. We had it later with tea.

Today, Easter Sunday, we went to the wine street to a favorite relaxing park area. The ducklings had just hatched in two of the nests and the third still had eggs. I sketched a lot of ducklings today. I will probably post several of my quick gesture sketches on Facebook soon.

 In the evening we came back and ate at one of our favorite Italian restaurants.
