Step by Step pictures of the fourth in my 20 in 2020 series

   The fourth of my abandoned illustrations is finished. This one was full of possibilities since it started out as a simple square.

   Last weekend I did a round of the natural history museum looking for inspiration.Check out my most recent visit to the natural history here. One of the many photos I took was of a few leaf bugs. This one seemed to be a good compliment to the background.

Layering to add depth:

Added a couple of details with a fineliner.
